First of all, I LOVE to cruise...it's my all-time, absolute favorite!

I’ve been cruising since I was 20 and let me tell you, after my first cruise – I was hooked! From the ship, to the food, to the amazing destinations, it’s vacationing at its finest for me. Anytime someone mentions going on a cruise, I feel like I did before my first cruise…super excited and ready to go! I am starting this blog to pass on some of the things I’ve learned along the way, from how to pack to the best way to book an excursion to how not to eat EVERYTHING in sight! If you’ve never cruised, like so many of my friends and family, then this blog is especially for you. And if you have, then you know what I’m talking about! Feel free to ask questions and send ideas for a post anytime. Hope this info helps you build the best cruise vacation, ever!

HAPPY CRUISING!

Should I Cruise?

When I started cruising, my best friend’s sister was a travel agent specializing in cruises. When she asked me to go, I didn’t think twice. I just said yes! Some may have more apprehension than my teenage self so what should you know? First of all, I tend to suffer from motion sickness-its not extreme but enough to ruin a day. For example, on our honeymoon, my husband and I went deep sea fishing. And let’s just say I spent the majority of the day laying down inside the cabin. With that being said, I’ve been on several cruises and only one time gotten very sick. It probably didn’t help that I had just eaten. Anyway, enough about that, I take medication with me and I’m good to go! Motion sickness is NOT a deal breaker for me, however, you know you better than anyone so you have to decide for yourself!

How am I going to get to port? And once you’ve decided a cruise is for you, what’s the best way to book a cruise? And where should I go? And what cruise line should I use? And….well you get the idea. Lots of questions to answer! And that’s why I’m here…to help you along the way so you will have one A-MA-ZING cruise!
